Contact Centre Associate (Permanent, Full-Time)
Location: Remote Position. The successful candidate must reside within 3 hours of Kawartha Credit Union Head Office, Peterborough ON
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
Rate of Pay: Dependent on Experience
Position Description:
As a Contact Centre Associate, you will:
- Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing member service excellence;
- Assist members and non-members with inquiries, requests and/or problems ensuring each inquiry or problem receives 100% resolution;
- Assist members with routine to complex transactions through a variety of electronic and digital channels and;
- Recommend products and services that align with a member's needs and that will enhance their financial well-being.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- One year in a Member Services Representative role, or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and organization skills
