Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Fixture Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of custom and standard fixture solutions to manufacturers, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers. You will manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—while providing technical insight and customer support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for fixture solutions in the manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand technical requirements and provide accurate quotations.
• Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and deliver proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM software.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies related to fixtures and tooling.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial tooling, machining, or fixture sales.
• Strong technical understanding of fixture applications (assembly, inspection, welding, machining, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or general manufacturing environments.
• Background in engineering, machining, or related technical field.
• Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
