Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering initiatives and mentor internal teams
- Support project management from design through construction
- Provide technical oversight on steel bridge fabrication and installation
- Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Canadian university preferred)
- P.Eng designation (PEO or other Canadian province) with 10+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in bridge engineering and structural steel projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Background in heavy structural fabrication
- Interest or experience in commercial aspects of engineering projects
