Operations Supervisor

About the role

Want to lead from the front and keep a city moving? Neuron is hiring casual Operations Supervisors to lead field teams and power our e-scooter fleet across Edmonton. This is a hands-on role where real leadership meets real impact—on the streets and within your team.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily field operations and support a team of drivers
• Oversee scooter relocations, battery swaps, and service vehicle logistics
• Coordinate routes and respond to on-the-ground challenges
• Track performance and report key operational metrics
  
  

Talent we're seeking

• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide teams
• Previous experience in Mechanic and Safe driving
• Strong knowledge of Edmonton's streets and high-traffic zones
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Able to lift 50–60 lbs and ride a scooter if needed
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and team-oriented
• Must be 25+
