WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Website & Analytics Manager to lead the digital experience for The Ordinary and NIOD. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of our e-commerce websites, with a strong emphasis on leveraging data and analytics to drive performance, enhance user experience, and support business growth. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of digital merchandising, content strategy, and platform optimization with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement..
This hybrid position is based out of our Toronto Head Office.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Website & Analytics Manager to lead the digital experience for The Ordinary and NIOD. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of our e-commerce websites, with a strong emphasis on leveraging data and analytics to drive performance, enhance user experience, and support business growth. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of digital merchandising, content strategy, and platform optimization with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement..
This hybrid position is based out of our Toronto Head Office.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
- Own the overall content and merchandising strategy across The Ordinary and NIOD websites, ensuring alignment with brand goals and customer needs
- Use data-driven insights and behavioral analytics to shape content planning, campaign execution, and UX improvements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, and technical teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling
- Manage all website updates, including new product setups, SKU transitions, taxonomy enhancements, and digital merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Amplience
- Ensure all content is accurate, optimized for SEO, and consistent with brand and visual standards
- Lead site analytics and performance reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and Salesforce dashboards
- Monitor user behaviour, funnel performance, and conversion metrics to uncover opportunities and implement actionable optimizations
- Develop and execute a robust A/B testing roadmap to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates, personalization, and content relevance
- Translate analytics into strategic recommendations for product placement, navigation, dynamic content, and UX enhancements
- Partner with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues and support platform improvements that enhance customer experience and business results
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce website management, digital merchandising or e-commerce strategy
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including product catalogue management, merchandising, and content integration
- Strong expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS), ideally Amplience
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content performance metrics.
- Strong command of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, A/B testing platforms) and the ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
