In this context, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our customer base, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable requirements. You'll also work to prioritize work items into an actionable plan, taking into account strategic priorities and resourcing factors.

The Impact You'll Make

As a Business Performance Analyst, you'll be at the intersection of client success and technical implementation, crafting the insights that drive transformation. You'll have a direct and measurable impact on our clients' decision-making capabilities starting from your second week!

You'll bridge the crucial gap between business challenges and AI-powered solutions by:

• Partnering closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and challenges
• Transforming complex business needs into comprehensive implementation roadmaps
• Developing analytics strategies that deliver actionable insights from financial and operational data
• Leading the implementation of solutions that drive measurable business transformation

You're The Right Fit If:

• You master financial and operational analysis and can translate complex business challenges into analytics requirements
• You're comfortable with SQL and BI platforms (PowerBI, Tableau), with knowledge of Python
• You have 3-5 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on business transformation
• You have deep experience analyzing finance and operations (financial modeling, performance metrics, cost analysis)
• You can translate technical concepts into business value for executives
• You communicate persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, in both English and French
• You're naturally curious and thrive on solving complex business challenges
• You have HIGH ENERGY!
