Role - We are looking to fill a permanent position of Graphic Designer at Richelieu Hardware – Don Miils, brands of MIBRO. MIBRO (brands of Richelieu Hardware) focuses primarily on rope, chain, and power tool accessories. The position is primarily located physically in the office due to the nature of the role as regular handling of product and merchandising materials are required.
Reporting to: Product & Marketing Manager
Skills Required:
May collect, use, and retain the documents submitted for the sole purpose of evaluating their application. Richelieu Hardware Ltd. may retain these documents for future references for a period of twelve months.

Reporting to: Product & Marketing Manager
Skills Required:
- Proficient working knowledge of the full suite of Adobe Products (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience with product packaging, videography and 360 Degree Photography is an asset.
- Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Familiarity with planograms and merchandising an asset
- Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Previous Experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Coordinator or related field an asset
- Self-Starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and highly organized (multitasker)
- Bilingual English / French would be a definite asset
- Support the development of various marketing materials working with both the Product & Marketing Manager and Product & Marketing Specialist
- Catalogues & Sell Sheets
- Point-of-Purchase (POP) information & Merchandising aids
- Presentation aids (PowerPoint)
- Virtual and In-Person Trade Show materials
- Coordinate the production and printing of all existing packaging and POP elements both in-house and working with 3 rd party print providers as required
- Conceptualize, Develop and Create product packaging that conforms to corporate branding requirements, as well as offers and attractive way of catching the consumers attention
- Maintain and update photo library and deal with all photography requests
- Working with the Product & Marketing specialist ensure all images and graphical content on the online product portal, MIBRO website and complete any ad-hoc requests.
- Working with the Project & Marketing Specialist to support the development of Planograms, Merchandising and POP recommendations
- Assist with physical set-ups as required
- Photoshopping Planograms for customer presentations
- Attend all trade show meetings
- Work collaboratively with the lead show coordinator and manager at Richelieu – Montreal, Onward Hardware and Chicago Retail Warehouse to ensure all trade show materials and samples are provided on time
- Support set-up at trade shows as required
- Handle all product shipping requests
- Occasional travel may be required
