Interior Designer

Summit Search Group has been retained by our client to recruit their next Full-Stack Interior Designer—an individual who is a confident communicator with a strong visual sensibility and attention to detail. Our client is a vertically integrated design-builder, self-performing key trades such as concrete and framing. They are committed to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Position:

We are seeking a Full-Stack Interior Designer—someone who can design beautiful spaces, engage confidently with clients, and execute independently in Revit. This is not a siloed role. You’ll be involved from concept through construction documentation, collaborating directly with architects, engineers, and site managers.

Full-Stack Interior Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and interior layouts for custom homes.
• Produce complete interior design packages in Revit.
• Lead client presentations and manage interior selections.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless design-to-construction handoff.
• Mentor junior staff and support digital standards.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of interior design experience in residential or luxury sectors.
• Strong portfolio of work (please submit with your application).
• Proficiency in Revit (required)
• Comfortable presenting to clients and making decisions under pressure.
