Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for an Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across teams and departments, aligning delivery with enterprise goals. Coach teams and leaders to build Agile maturity, implement tailored frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove systemic impediments, deliver training, and support organizational change through strategic coaching and collaboration.



Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy.

• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and foster high-performing, self-organizing teams.

• Design and implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.

• Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.

• Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change.

• Develop and manage Agile transformation backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.

• Deliver training and certification programs to build Agile capability across the organization.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.


Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• 6–8 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and transformation.

• Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks


Required Skills:

• Ability to influence change, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment.

• Experience with Agile metrics, transformation roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models.

• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
