We are looking for a Manager, Automation to join Element Fleet Management. - Experienced in Robotic Process Automation, specifically with Automation Anywhere?
- A result oriented “change agent” with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization?
- Ensure the team is working efficiently to meet project timelines which may look like: unblocking issues that occur, liaising with the business to work through solutions, proactively planning the backlog to make sure development is consistent, drive a high-quality product and stay true to our best practices
- Able to jump in and contribute to Automation efforts as an individual contributor and manager
- Work with the entire business at multiple levels to identify new opportunities for automation and make sure complex issues get vetted properly and put the right solutions in place
- Strategically look for new ways to fold in other light touch automation tools in our CoE and continue to innovate the Element Automation footprint
- Stay up to date on the latest automation trends and bring ideas into the organization to further our automation goals
- Empower and develop team members by identifying individual strengths, providing growth opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
- Encourage open feedback and align personal development with team and organizational goals
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters degree preferred
- Able to legally work in the country in which the position resides with no support required from the organization
- Experienced in Robotic Process Automation, specifically with Automation Anywhere
- Six Sigma Black Belt experience and certification a plus
- 5+ years of business experience in service, financial, or manufacturing environment
- Pro-active, process driven, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of the customer
- Must be a result oriented “change agent” with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions
- Able to quantify impact to process metrics and financials
- Ability to develop creative solutions to business workflow optimizations and problem solving
- Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite – MS Project, Excel, and a deep understanding of Smartsheet
