What you'll do
Responsibilities Provide detailed project management and coordination of cross-functional and agency partners to drive profitable growth through the execution of the WCAP Marketing Calendar. Assist in the development of key marketing initiatives to achieve objectives, including development of annual merchandising plans, marketing strategies and execution of all tactical Marketing communications. Lead the forecasting process for Marketing to achieve timely alignment on Marketing Calendar. Partner with Digital Team to develop, test, and implement promotional initiatives to drive customer acquisition in digital channels and successful loyalty partnership management.
Work cross functionally with team members to ensure projects stay on track and meet objectives
Provide project management of product and promotional initiatives by developing and executing detailed timelines
Develop and execute marketing programs
Work closely with agencies and marketing team to ensure merchandising meets brand standards.
Tactical plans for national and test marketing messages
Project management and coordination of timing and processes
Internal communications including product/communication briefs
Supports approval of POP proofing files, mechanicals and translation of file layouts.
Education: Bachelors Degree
Additional education information (major, etc.): Marketing/Advertising/Public Relations
What we expect from you
3-5 years’ experience in marketing or related field (retail or agency environment)
Strong communication skills with the ability to contribute to new process development.
Demonstrated project management experience
Strong project management experience.
Strong analytical proficiency
Positive high energy and drive - knows how to get things done in the right way
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Travel: 10%
Pay Range: CAD 83,000 - CAD 141,000 Annually
