What you will do:
The Associate Territory Manager will assist in the development of customer relationships to create greater loyalty and accelerate growth, for this full-time 12-month contract period. Additionally, you will work in partnership with the Territory Manager to achieve quota by taking a consultative approach to Hospital, marketing, clinical, and related demonstration of all Hospital products and programs. These products/programs include: LIFEPAK monitor/defibrillators and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), LUCAS Chest Compression Systems, the LIFENET System, HeartSine AEDs, ProCare Services, and Flex Financial Services.
Responsible for calling on Hospital staff and decision makers, including private and municipal ambulance services, fire departments, police, and volunteer Hospital services
Required:

- Develop and utilize a deep understanding of products, customers, and their needs to improve patient outcomes and increase sales and market share.
- Collaborate with and provide support to the Sales Representative to drive sales and achieve quotas.
- Participate in hospital surveys, product implementation, and post-sales training, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Actively participate in national, regional, and local trade shows.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication, management of delivery dates, problem-solving through a consultative approach, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs.
Required:
- University Degree
- 1+ years in an outside sales position
- Degree in a health-related discipline (biology, science, kinesiology, nursing)
- 1+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales
- Experience as a paramedic, firefighter, EMT, or EMR
- Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
- Must have a valid driver’s license
