What You’ll Like About This Job

Lafarge is hiring Electricians for its Richmond plant to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and uphold safety standards in a high-functioning industrial environment. This is a Red Seal role working rotating 12-hour shifts and includes hands-on tasks across electrical and instrumentation systems. Ideal for experienced tradespeople seeking long-term industrial stability.

What You’ll Need

• Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification (BC)
• Minimum 5 years’ industrial experience
• Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days/2 nights/4 off)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, and background check
• Strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting ability
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Instrumentation Red Seal
• Experience with PLC, CEMS, gas analyzers, and SAP systems
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance systems and safety protocols (e.g., lockout/tagout)
