The Web/E-Commerce Coordinator’s role is to design, create and deliver digital marketing programs to support IWBC expansion, growth and revenue, focusing on email and e-commerce channels. They are responsible for the execution of campaign elements in the appropriate channels to meet brand objectives, including aligned messaging and timing.

Accountabilities & Impact:

  • Email Campaign Execution: Create, schedule, and deploy email campaigns from briefs, including promotional, automated, and lifecycle communications.
  • E-Commerce & POS Management: Act as an expert resource for managing e-commerce sales and POS operations through Commerce7, overseeing product setup, and SKU management.
  • Website Management & Design: Coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of websites, including creating promotional landing pages and managing e-commerce functionalities such as carrots, pop-ups, seasonal updates, and product collections.
  • List Management & Segmentation: Maintain accurate subscriber lists, segment audiences for targeted messaging, and ensure compliance with all applicable data and privacy regulations.
  • Reporting & Insights: Monitor and analyze key email and website performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates), and communicate insights to the Digital Marketing team to support continuous improvement efforts.

Skills & Experiences Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, commerce or other relevant education
  • Minimum 1+ years of digital marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise across website management, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Commerce7 or WineDirect.
  • Previous experience in direct-to-consumer businesses, wine or beverage, hospitality goods, luxury products.
  • Marketing agency experience considered an asset

The typical hiring range for this position is $48,000 - $55,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
