- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or the helpdesk ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
- Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT support or vendors as required
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes including account setup, permissions, and hardware configuration
- Assist with software installations, system updates, and routine maintenance
- Assist in user administration on various phone systems
- Assist in maintaining IT company asset information
- Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and corporate data protection policies
- Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system updates using the helpdesk ticketing system
- Participate in various IT projects
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, technical skills, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, Windows 11, IOS and MDM applications
- Hands-on IT support experience using a ticket-based support system is an asset
- A+, or other industry certifications is an asset
