CWD is looking for a Facilities & Warehouse Associate to join our exceptionally talented and collaborative team! Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead at our Niagara Falls location, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, supporting minor facility repairs, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure a well-maintained workspace.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including washrooms, kitchen, offices, and meeting rooms
- Assist with minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing dispensers, and installing office appliances, signs, and shelves
- Move furniture and utilize hand tools such as drills, impact drivers as needed
- Perform daily warehouse duties, including testing simple returns, ordering and receiving supplies, loading orders, putting away inventory, and operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts
- Ensure warehouse areas remain clean and organized while following safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 3+ years of experience in corporate office cleaning and maintenance
- Experience with minor repairs and maintenance is preferred
- Experience and/or keen interest in electronics an asset
- Forklift certification preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and shipping software applications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs in a physical environment
- Ability to endure prolonged standing and repetitive movement
- Detail oriented problem solver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
