We are looking for a Client Operations Associate to join our team. This opening represents a unique opportunity to be part of a team responsible for overseeing the processes and operational aspects of our firm’s client service function, while also partnering closely with the sales and executive teams to provide administrative support for prospective client meetings and other external engagements.
We are an award-winning client service team, responsible for managing all aspects of CC&L’s interactions with our institutional client base. The Client Solutions team is responsible for developing relationships with our clients where the creation of trust and confidence generates significant value to our organization.

The base salary range is $65,000 – 85,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

What You Will Do
You will have exposure to the firm’s key decision-makers and have a broad range of responsibilities related to our operational processes:
- Executive and Sales Engagement Support: Provide administrative support for external engagements, including client meetings, sales pitches, and board activities. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing calendars, preparing agendas, presentations, and briefing materials, overseeing the approval process for all content, attending preparatory meetings and maintaining accurate tracking of sales meeting activity.
- Content and Communications Oversight: Manage the end-to-end process for cyclical and ad-hoc materials such as website content, publications, sales presentations, client reports and due diligence questionnaires. This includes ensuring timely delivery, driving process improvements, and collaborating with key stakeholders including marketing and translation partners.
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Training: Contribute to a high-performing team environment by supporting shared objectives, cross-training colleagues on core responsibilities, and providing reliable backup coverage to ensure continuity of service.
- Project & Process Support: Support the onboarding of new systems and tools, contribute to process reviews, and collaborate with Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group’s operational teams on initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
- Organized & Proactive: You embrace working on multiple projects in parallel and understand how to prioritize. You have a proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and are confident in keeping yourself and others accountable to strict deadlines. You are forward-thinking.

- Technology: You have proficiency in technology including Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office applications such as OneNote, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power Automate. Proficiency in Salesforce, CORIC, and Seismic are assets.
- Industry Knowledge: 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in an institutional investment firm, bank, or trust company is an asset.
