MARYAs Urban One’s Chief Estimator, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the estimating process for Urban One. Your expertise and strategic thinking will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and competitive bids, maximizing profitability, and driving the success of our projects. You will lead a team of estimators, foster strong relationships with clients, and trade partners and contribute to the grown and innovation of our comp
