Role Overview

As a Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Amazon DSP campaigns for a portfolio of clients. Your primary focus will be on campaign creation, optimization, and reporting to deliver outstanding results. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of Amazon’s advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns to achieve client objectives, including performance and awareness goals.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party and third-party data..
  • Create comprehensive campaigns across ad formats, including display, video, and OTT.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Implement data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, placements, and audiences to enhance campaign performance.

Reporting and Insights

  • Generate detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Communicate results, trends, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling and improving campaigns based on data trends.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the internal performance team to align strategies and deliver cohesive results.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives are optimized for DSP campaigns.

Market and Platform Expertise

  • Stay updated on Amazon DSP updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Proactively identify innovative strategies to maximize campaign impact.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and performance optimization.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing large data sets and translating them into actionable insights.

Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to articulate performance metrics and strategies to stakeholders.

Tools Knowledge:Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console (DSP is a must), and reporting tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.

Availability: Available to work in Eastern Standard Time is a mandatory requirement.
