What You’ll Like About This Job
ARC Resources is hiring Plant and Field Operators for full-time permanent positions based in Dawson Creek, BC. Operators will support safe and efficient operations across high-pressure gas facilities and well sites. Offering up to $57/hour, this is an excellent opportunity to work with Canada's leading Montney producer in a collaborative, safety-first environment with long-term growth potential.

- 4th Class Power Engineering certificate or willingness to attain one within a year
- 2–10+ years of oil & gas field or plant experience depending on seniority
- Experience with gas processing, compression, dehydration, and stabilization systems
- H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS, and TDG certifications (preferred)
- Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts in rotational schedules
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate UTV/snowmobile
- Must reside in the Dawson Creek area
- Strong SCADA familiarity and computer skills
- High adaptability to process changes
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Team-oriented and responsive to emergency scenarios
