Visual Communication & Graphic Design Specialist

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Visual Communication & Graphic Design Specialist to create branded PowerPoint templates that align with their digital service delivery goals. This is a short-term project focused on producing polished, professional templates that meet a wide variety of communication needs.

Project Scope

• Develop two branded PowerPoint templates for internal use
• Include multiple slide layouts (e.g., text, images, quotes, tables, data visualization, multi-project pages)
• Deliver a master slide deck for use by the core digital services team
• Define and document design guidelines and expectations for future use
• Ensure alignment with City of Vancouver branding
  
  

Key Requirements

• Formal education in Graphic Design / Visual Communication
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in visual and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing slide design, brand systems, and data visualization
• No preference for public vs. private sector background
