You will provide exceptional product knowledge and excel at working in a high paced environment, while providing extraordinary customer service.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you are uniquely placed to represent the company you work for. You will be the first person a customer meets or chats with online, you will help them choose the best product for their needs, answer inquiries, and you will be responsible for providing a smooth transaction both in-store and online.

Hours: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Location: Bishop's Cellar Retail Store.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Provides exceptional customer service from the moment the customer walks in the door until after the customer has left
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Assist in receiving, preparing, and processing online curbside pick-up orders
• Responding to customer questions in person and online - in a timely manner, while following standardized procedures
• Deal with challenging situations and conflict resolution in a professional manner
• Restock shelves, ensuring merchandise is neat/fully stocked, while maintaining the store’s cleanliness
• Process customer purchases accurately and in a timely manner
• Balances cash/credit transactions at the end of shift

• Previous wine, beer, and spirits education (an asset, not a requirement)

Must be 19 years or older. Position requires Criminal Records Check Completion.
