Join us as a Regional Manager RSS (Rehabilitation Service Specialist) within Partners in Canadian Veteran Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS), where you'll lead a remote team of RSS Team Managers. You'll play a critical role in PCVRS's mission to deliver rehabilitation services to Canadian veterans under VAC’s Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP), in partnership with WCG Services, making a real difference in the lives of veterans and their families

With a strong background in performance management and a clear vision, you'll ensure the delivery of exceptional client service within a culture of continuous learning and improvement. As a leader, you'll empower your team to help veterans achieve their employment goals and receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Lifemark RSS-Team Managers across Atlantic and Ontario, ensuring the effective delivery of PCVRS rehabilitation services and support for participants
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for budget management, service delivery, and quality improvement, working collaboratively with VAC and regional leadership to enhance PCVRS rehabilitation services
  • Drive a participant-centered approach to achieve timely and successful outcomes.
  • Monitor staffing levels and implement strategies to address fluctuating referral volumes.
  • Foster a motivated, diverse, and engaged team environment.
  • Establish and achieve caseload and performance metrics.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer, acting as the primary regional contact for VAC representatives.
  • Ensure service standards and outcomes consistently meet or exceed contractual requirements, proactively addressing any performance gaps.


What You Bring

  • A current health professional designation, Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional (CVRP), or a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional - Fellow (CVRP -F)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in medical, psychosocial, or vocational rehabilitation services (or a combination), including assessments, working with individuals facing health challenges, analyzing assessments, and collaborating within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Two (2) or more years of management experience in disability management, case management, or vocational rehabilitation services.
  • Proven experience building partnerships with employers, community agencies, and stakeholders
  • Employment is conditional upon obtaining federal Reliability Status security clearance.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
