Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Lifemark RSS-Team Managers across Atlantic and Ontario, ensuring the effective delivery of PCVRS rehabilitation services and support for participants
- Develop and implement strategic plans for budget management, service delivery, and quality improvement, working collaboratively with VAC and regional leadership to enhance PCVRS rehabilitation services
- Drive a participant-centered approach to achieve timely and successful outcomes.
- Monitor staffing levels and implement strategies to address fluctuating referral volumes.
- Foster a motivated, diverse, and engaged team environment.
- Establish and achieve caseload and performance metrics.
- Manage the relationship with the customer, acting as the primary regional contact for VAC representatives.
- Ensure service standards and outcomes consistently meet or exceed contractual requirements, proactively addressing any performance gaps.
- A current health professional designation, Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional (CVRP), or a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional - Fellow (CVRP -F)
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in medical, psychosocial, or vocational rehabilitation services (or a combination), including assessments, working with individuals facing health challenges, analyzing assessments, and collaborating within interdisciplinary teams.
- Two (2) or more years of management experience in disability management, case management, or vocational rehabilitation services.
- Proven experience building partnerships with employers, community agencies, and stakeholders
- Employment is conditional upon obtaining federal Reliability Status security clearance.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
