Overview
Our Client is seeking a talented and driven Technical Project Manager to contribute to their fast-growing enterprise business. As a vital addition to the Enterprise Solution - Retailer Delivery team, as a Retailer Project Manager, this role will play a crucial role in orchestrating the cohesive, and timely execution of retailer implementation projects and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our retail partners.
About The Job
Take charge in creating and executing project plans for product implementations. This role demands a proactive approach to ensure that every phase aligns with Our Client’s strategic goals and consistently meets or exceeds the retail partners expectations. Exhibit stellar customer relationship skills, understanding and anticipating retailer needs, and guiding Clients through the process with confidence and clarity. Serve as a leader for both internal and external teams during all phases of the project. Building trust and winning over both technical, business and operational stakeholders, showcasing confidence and competence in the Connect solutions and project execution. Project Planning: Dive deep into understanding the unique business needs, expectations, and requirements of each retailer. Take a lead role in collaborating with internal stakeholders to sharply define key deliverables, accurately estimate timelines, thoroughly assess risks, and
meticulously prepare the necessary tools. Your proactive planning sets the stage for project success.
Project Execution: Command the helm of project execution with a focus on speed and efficacy. Orchestrate the project teams activities with precision, ensuring every task is completed on schedule. Develop and maintain essential documents, fostering a culture of transparency and seamless information flow among all stakeholders, driving the project
forward with momentum.
Technical & Operational Roll-Out: Assume full responsibility for the deployment of enterprise fulfillment / ads solutions, applying your clear understanding of Our Client’s ways of working. Champion solution quality through rigorous testing and UAT processes. Collaborate
consistently with technical and operational teams to craft and refine roll-out strategies and post-launch support plans. Your strategic oversight is key to achieving success criteria. Manage multiple concurrent projects, fostering cross-functional synergy between Our Client and the retail partner organizations to streamline the execution of project dependencies.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or substantial industry experience underpinned by a consistent track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level software projects to external enterprise clientele.
Deep comprehension of multi-tiered software solutions and large-scale operational roll-outs, paired with hands-on experience effectively managing cross-functional dependencies and troubleshooting technical challenges.
Strong customer management skills, characterized by anticipating and adeptly addressing complex needs, while forging strong relationships. Proficient in navigating and delivering difficult messaging with customers and asserting necessary pressures strategically, in alignment with project objectives.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, paired with a sharp attention to both details and overarching project objectives. An expert in facilitating highly productive internal and external meetings - and creating assets and processes which drive
project clarity at every step.
A proven leader, with an ability to galvanize teams, foster collaboration, and motivate individuals to exceed their potential, and a track record of driving positive outcomes by leveraging informed, data-driven methods to effectively guide, persuade, and influence customer and team decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with Engineering and Product Managers.
Strong grasp project management methodologies, with the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, manage resource allocations
