Within the Wealth Management sector, you are part of a large team of 19 colleagues and report to the Director of the Maintenance and Internal Development team at Train Manufacture and Retail. Our team is distinguished by its level of maturity, experience and knowledge of the business sector.

Your job
- Support partners in their business and technical solutions approaches, offering strategic advice
- Understand, challenge and convert business needs into functional requirements while ensuring traceability of requirements
- Write and validate detailed functional analyses, then present to developers
- Produce and maintain relevant documentation (use cases, sequence diagrams, etc.) up to date and accessible
- Design and support the development of solutions, ensuring their harmonious integration into the existing environment
- Perform functional testing and assist the test team in developing and performing acceptance tests
- Diagnose and solve problems related to the proper functioning of solutions, by proposing innovative solutions.

Prerequisites
- Baccalaureate or other degree in computer science, or related
- Minimum of 5 years IT experience as a functional analyst
- Experience in a desirable banking environment
- Knowledge and practical experience of agile development methodologies
- Experience in producing detailed and relevant user stories within a project using agile methodology
- Knowledge of SQL to query a database
- Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Relevant knowledge of data integration or data management solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, autonomy, proactivity, rigour and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills in a team and business partner environment
- Ability to work in a changing environment (architecture, solutions, infrastructure, organization).
