YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, while supporting intercompany reconciliations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Accounts Payable (AP):
TRACK's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home three days per week, with in-office (Toronto) attendance on Mondays and Wednesdays.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, while supporting intercompany reconciliations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Code vendor invoices and employee expenses
- Input approved vendor invoices and employee expenses into the accounting system
- Review aging scribe reports to identify outstanding invoices for payment
- Merge vendor invoices and match them with the cheque scribe report
- Reconcile cheque scribe reports, ensure payments are accurate, and file paid vendor invoices
- Respond to vendor and staff inquiries about invoice payment status
- Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payment issues
- Prepare intercompany and third-party Trax payments as needed
- Allocate Trax payment to the accounting system
- Apply client payments to the appropriate accounts
- Run daily AR journal entries to ensure payments are correctly allocated
- Prepare intercompany reconciliations and reports in financial system
- Investigate and follow up on discrepancies in intercompany accounts
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred or equivalent experience
- Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated individual who likes challenges and can work well with others
