You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You'll help resolve customer issues through various platforms and share valuable customer insights to improve our innovative shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Represent Tilt with a positive, customer-first attitude
- Own and respond to seller support tickets via Zendesk
- Support general Customer Experience workflows and tickets when needed to maintain a full-picture understanding of user experience
- Share recurring customer feedback and trends with the team to enhance processes and fix root causes
- Partner with our Categories and Expansion team to identify and flag fraud risks
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost diligence
We're looking for someone ambitious, curious, and relentless—a no-ego problem solver excited to build the future of shopping. Additionally:
- Fluent in English
- 1+ years of experience in email/chat-based customer support
- The ability to juggle issue resolution and concise communication
- Evening and weekend availability, with flexibility to accommodate varying shifts based on business needs
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Fluency in additional languages
- Knowledge of the fashion industry
