Missions

Chargé de projet/Project Manager - ICI - Gatineau

En tant que Chargé de projet, vous aurez pour responsabilités :

• Planifier, organiser et superviser tous les aspects du projet de construction, en assurant un suivi rigoureux de l'avancement.
• Gérer le budget du projet, suivre les coûts de manière proactive et garantir que les dépenses restent conformes au budget alloué.
• Superviser les sous-traitants, en veillant à ce qu'ils respectent les normes de qualité les plus élevées et les délais impartis.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de conception et d'ingénierie pour garantir le respect strict des spécifications du projet.
• Assurer la coordination avec les fournisseurs, les vendeurs et les entrepreneurs afin de garantir la disponibilité des matériaux et équipements nécessaires en fonction des besoins du projet.
• Suivre l'avancement du projet et ajuster les actions nécessaires pour garantir le respect des délais et du budget.
• Communiquer régulièrement avec les clients et parties prenantes pour les tenir informés de l'avancement, des défis rencontrés et des solutions mises en place.
• Garantir que tous les travaux respectent les normes industrielles, les codes du bâtiment en vigueur ainsi que les exigences de sécurité.
• Maintenir une documentation complète, précise et à jour sur le projet, incluant les calendriers, budgets, demandes d'informations et ordres de modification.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the construction project, ensuring rigorous progress monitoring.
• Manage the project budget, proactively track costs, and ensure that expenses remain within the allocated budget.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to the highest quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure strict compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure the availability of materials and equipment as needed for the project.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budget are adhered to.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and implemented solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation on the project, including schedules, budgets, requests for information, and change orders.

Profil du candidat

Chargé de projet/Project Manager - ICI - Gatineau

• Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Chargé de projet au sein d'un entrepreneur général spécialisé dans des projets institutionnels, commerciaux et industriels.
• Baccalauréat en génie civil/construction ou une technique en architecture.
• Solide connaissance des méthodes de construction et du secteur ICI.
• Maîtrise des logiciels : Microsoft Word, Excel, Project et Procore.
• Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor specializing in institutional, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or a degree in Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and the ICI sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Procore.
• Bilingual, with strong written and spoken proficiency in both French and English.
