Northern Health is seeking a Pediatrician(s) for the beautiful ocean side community of Prince Rupert. This full-time position can be split into two half-time positions should the incumbent(s) desire. Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration $425,000.00+

Benefits and Incentives

Vacation Leave 6-8 weeks annually, including CME May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 24.5% Retention Flat Fee $37,181 Relocation Funding Available $9,000-15,000 Recruitment Incentive $20,000 Other Benefits/Incentives Compensation estimate includes salary, on call stipend (at 1:4), as well as Retention Premium and Retention Flat Fee. Additional benefit: Rural Continuing Medical Education allowance $1,800 to $7,800 per year. Relocation: $15,000 if relocating from outside of Canada: $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC.
