Residential House Cleaner

Location: Victoria, BC

Type: Full-time | Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours

Pay: $22–$23/hour to start + paid twice a month + company perks

Probation: 90 days

You’ll work in a crew of 3 and typically clean 3–4 homes a day. You’ll help keep customers happy, homes sparkling, and your team on track. It is a full-time position (although it may be part-time for the first month or two) and you can expect to work weekdays and daytime hours. You will have weekends and statutory holidays off!

Your responsibilities:

v Clean homes from top to bottom (dusting, vacuuming, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)

v Track job times and maintain efficient workflow

v Travel in a branded company vehicle (driven by your team lead)

v Wear your uniform proudly and help maintain supplies/equipment

v Communicate clearly with your teammates and office

v Treat pets with care and respect

v Bring a positive, can-do attitude every single day

v You’re physically fit and ready for demanding, full-body work — this is active, on-the-go work that can feel like a workout

v You’re fine with pets and enjoy a fast-paced environment

v You have reliable transportation to a daily meeting point

v You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and upbeat

v A BC driver’s license is a bonus, but not required

v You’re open to learning and love being part of a team

v A criminal background check is required

v Cleaning experience is great — but we train for skill and hire for attitude
