The Commercial Loading Dock Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the building's loading dock area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of the loading dock, coordinating vendor access, and ensuring deliveries are handled in line with building policies and procedures.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized loading dock environment.
- Support maintenance by coordinating additional assistance when required.
- erify vendor access and pre-authorization before allowing dock entry.
- Contact tenants to confirm deliveries and help coordinate dock bookings.
- Support maintenance of overhead doors, levelers, compactors, and recycling systems.
- Monitor the 310-MAXX call system to track and support maintenance requests.
- Promote and enforce loading dock rules and processes.
- Other duties as assigned
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Previous experience in facilities, logistics, or building operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and mobile work order apps.
