Terus Construction is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to support operations in Prince George and Quesnel, BC. This role involves operating and maintaining computerized asphalt production systems, managing material inputs, and collaborating closely with quality control teams. Candidates must have a strong safety record and hands-on plant maintenance experience. This is a seasonal role offering high wages and opportunity for advancement in a dynamic construction company.

- Class 5 Driver’s License
- Minimum 2 years experience in asphalt equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience with road construction companies is an asset
- Confined Space, Aerial Lift, and Fall Arrest training preferred
- Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing
- Demonstrated knowledge of mix designs, aggregates, and AC oils
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Clear communication abilities with plant and truck teams
