Intermediate Application Support Analyst
On behalf of our client, Procom is actively seeking an Intermediate Application Support Analyst.
Intermediate Application Support Analyst Job Details
- Coordinate with team members, the team head/Supervisor, and other departments to organize resolution of application incidents.
- Balance scheduled and unscheduled requests based on priority, impact, and value to the business.
- Provide clear support documentation for all applications.
- Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and troubleshooting integration points with other systems.
- Plan and schedule regular maintenance tasks, perform overall health checks of the systems and perform root cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to applications issues and communicate the same to users within the defined service level agreements.
- Three (3) years' experience as an Application Support Analyst designing, implementing, documenting, and supporting software solutions.
- Three (3) years’ experience with Java web frameworks preferably Spring framework, Spring boot and JavaScript frontend libraries like React, Angular, Vue and jQuery.
- Three (3) years’ experience with industry stand and programming languages such as Java, Visual Studio, JavaScript.
- Three (3) years’ experience migrating data and deploying modules or components between Development, Test and Production environments.
- Three (3) years’ experience in database technologies, reports generation, and scripting in Oracle or PostgresSQL and performing analytics with Microsoft Power BI.
- Three (3) years’ experience supporting applications in the cloud (Azure, Digital Ocean) and on premise with debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Three (3) years' experience demonstrating translation of business requirements into technical specifications to develop, maintain or enhance software.
- Very sound customer service skill set and passion to provide solution to problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels.
- Ability to disseminate information to various audiences, technical or non-technical.
- Ability to support multiple applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and to collaborate with multiple teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of on premise and cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
