Position Overview

As Circle’s Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize revenue growth. You'll leverage your expertise to optimize workflows, automations, data management, reporting, and system integrations. This position involves managing reporting, system administration, and operational support—translating complex data into actionable insights. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue operations.

General Responsibilities

  • Develop and report key metrics for sales and marketing and track performance against goals to support business operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Serve as a Salesforce administrator - owning configuration, automation and optimization of our Salesforce instance to support go-to-market teams while ensuring downstream systems get the data they need.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design, refine, and implement workflows that enhance lead management, pipeline visibility, territory analysis and customer engagement.
  • Ensure data integrity within our SQL data warehouse and Salesforce, including account information, quotes, opportunity stages, and customer contracts.
  • Support Customer Success to improve retention, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Build and manage custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other systems for forecasting, opportunity staging, variance analysis, and quota management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align the customer journey with company goals.
  • Communicate system or process updates and changes to impacted departments (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, etc.) to ensure full utilization of Salesforce capabilities and maintaining required data collection and integrity.
  • Document processes for knowledge sharing with other teams.
  • Participate in meetings and take responsibility for marketing and sales improvements, implementations and initiatives as assigned and actioned.
  • Special projects as assigned from time to time.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Proficiency in data modelling and analysis using Excel & Tableau and using bulk operations tools such as Data Loader
  • Experience implementing and supporting sales, marketing or customer success operational processes
  • Hands-on CRM administration experience. Salesforce Administrator certification knowledge of integrations or managed packages are a plus
  • Experience writing SQL queries and creating/working with custom objects
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, DealHub and/or QuotaPath is advantageous
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to present complex data to non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently, while delivering high-quality results
  • Strong listening, comprehension, and written communication skills
  • Experience in the software and/or healthcare industry is a plus

Educational Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Business or equivalent work experience
