A growing Western Canadian tire wholesaler is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse functions at its Kelowna facility. The successful candidate will lead inventory control, shipping/receiving operations, and team performance while ensuring safety and operational efficiency. This is a great opportunity for a warehouse professional looking to step into a leadership role with a Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates with strong logistics knowledge and people management skills will excel.

- Monday–Friday, daytime hours (weekends off)
- 3–4 years experience in Operations Management or similar
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance

- Proficiency with warehouse management software
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Proven ability to reduce operational costs and improve workflow
- Strong communication and vendor relationship management experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment
