What You’ll Like About This Job
This camp-based Field Operator role near Fort St. John offers either 14/14 or 7/7 rotation schedules. Candidates will operate and maintain compression and dehydration systems in a remote oil and gas environment. Roska DBO prefers experienced operators who can work independently and problem-solve in dynamic field conditions. Ideal applicants will be safety-conscious and come equipped with their own truck and tools.

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Field Operator in oil and gas
- Experience with gas, compression, and dehydration
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Valid safety certifications (H2S Alive, First Aid)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Preference for contractors with own truck and tools
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
