Job Summary

The Commercial Programs Coordinator is an integral part of the Commercial Management team. This role ensures that customer programs are processed accurately in accordance with the contract, and in a timely manner. Working with both our customer partners and our internal sales team, the Commercial Programs Coordinator acts as a liaison and point of contact for both parties.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Review and approve client-prepared deductions for both rebates and billbacks. (Both Canada & US)
  • Maintain customer data tables in Excel for rebates and billbacks.
  • Create credit memos and rebate reports to send to the customer.
  • Maintain rebate system to ensure item/customer information is loaded accurately for customer rebates, brokers, and buying groups.
  • Provide backup assistance to pricing administrator.
  • Review and approve 3rd party payments to National customers and GPO’s
  • Recommending new and improved reports and analytics to improve the business performance.
  • Support the Commercial team with the Project Spotlight initiative (commercial/product optimization)as required.
  • Ad hoc reporting and projects as assigned.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Finance/Business/Accounting degree, or 5 years related work experience.
  • Data Management or experience working on projects an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications, and expertise with MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including spreadsheet preparation and analysis.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs of the business.
  • Strong investigative and reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Professional, positive, self-motivated, with an energetic demeanor and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply sound judgment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
  • Focused on meeting timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently.
  • Training will be provided for Systems related duties.
