This camp-based Field Operator position in Fort Nelson, BC, offers experienced oil and gas professionals a chance to work on a rotating 2/2 schedule. The role requires strong independence, safety focus, and hands-on experience with pumpjacks, oil batteries, and gas production systems. Roska DBO is looking for reliable operators from nearby regions to minimize commute times. Ideal candidates thrive in remote environments and meet strict safety and performance standards.

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Field Operator
- Experience with gas production, light oil, pumpjacks, and oil batteries
- Valid safety tickets: H2S Alive and Standard First Aid
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test
- Strong safety acumen and ability to work with little supervision
- Disciplined work ethic and initiative
- Living near Fort Nelson or Fort St. John to reduce commute time
