We’re looking for an Account Executive with a sharp eye for digital and social media execution, a strong sense of ownership, and a natural curiosity for marketing. If you’re a rising star with a few solid years of agency experience and a drive to grow, we want to meet you.
Successful candidates will come equipped with:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency, ideally with a digital or integrated focus.
- Direct experience running organic social campaigns and supporting paid digital initiatives, like lead generation.
- A team player mentality. Being a self-starter who asks smart questions and jumps in to move work forward.
- Stellar project management skills. Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets with exceptional attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:
Project and Budget Management
- Support daily execution of client campaigns and deliverables.
- Help create briefs, timelines, and status updates to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate digital and social media initiatives, including content calendars, assets, and campaign rollouts.
- Track budgets, reconcile costs, and support invoice preparation.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a proactive point-of-contact for clients and internal teams.
- Manage deliverables like meeting notes, content calendars, status updates, and presentations.
- Coordinate approvals, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency across all brand communications.
- Contribute to communications strategies and brand positionings that capitalize on unique insights and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop audience-relevant creative and messaging.
Digital Know-How
- Coordinate digital campaign elements, including landing page content, assets and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or platform dashboards to identify key results and flag performance trends.
- Compile reporting summaries and key metrics for client updates.
- Stay current on digital trends and suggest optimizations based on performance.
What we are looking for:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in a marketing, creative, or communications agency.
- Experience managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and supporting client communication.
- Strong grasp of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and content planning.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising formats (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); comfortable working on Apple systems.
- Bilingual (French/English) is a bonus but not required.
