Sales Executive – Public Sector

We’re growing our Ontario Public Sector team and looking for a Sales Executive who thrives on building trusted relationships and driving meaningful impact. If you’re a seasoned sales professional with a strong network in the OPS and crown agencies—and a passion for technology and transformation—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of public sector accounts, with full accountability for pipeline creation, forecasting, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to close—using disciplined opportunity qualification, deal planning, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with account, practice, and alliance leaders to shape winning strategies.
  • Partner with top-tier technology platforms like Salesforce, AWS, and Microsoft to co-create solutions that matter.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns with Inside Sales support.
  • Lead and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
  • Share compelling sales collateral and client success stories that showcase Slalom’s impact.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience selling to Public Sector clients, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Deep relationships with senior public servants and decision-makers in the Ontario Public Sector.
  • Experience selling professional services, digital transformation, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving $5M+ in annual revenue through strategic sales and business development.
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with alliance-driven sales motions involving Salesforce, AWS, or Microsoft.
  • A passion for storytelling, problem-solving, and delivering client value.

Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
