Client Partner – Senior Principal (Multi-Industry)

At Slalom, we help our clients imagine the future—and then bring it to life. As a Client Partner, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, leading with empathy, insight, and a relentless focus on delivering value.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion the Client: Build high-trust relationships with a portfolio of clients across industries. Understand their business drivers, challenges, and aspirations—and help them achieve what’s possible.
  • Deliver with Impact: Lead and contribute to delivery engagements with a utilization target of 60%+.
  • Grow the Business: Own a portfolio of $2.5M+ in annual revenue. Drive growth through strategic planning, risk management, and operational excellence.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Shape and support delivery teams on-site. Foster exceptional employee experiences and help individuals grow into high-impact contributors.
  • Be a Market Ambassador: Represent Slalom’s values in every interaction—with clients, recruits, and the broader community. You’re not just selling services—you’re building trust and reputation.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of consulting experience, with a strong foundation in business advisory or technical program/project management.
  • A proven track record of leading complex sales pursuits and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Experience managing P&L or large-scale portfolios is a plus.
  • Strength in navigating challenging conversations with diplomacy and confidence.
  • A passion for mentoring teams and creating inclusive, high-performing environments.
  • A reputation for client and employee satisfaction—and the results to back it up.

Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
