Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Maximo Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of experience in implementing, customizing, and managing IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical, functional, and interpersonal skills to successfully guide clients through asset management transformations.

Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Maximo Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of experience in implementing, customizing, and managing IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical, functional, and interpersonal skills to successfully guide clients through asset management transformations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in IBM Maximo, driving functional design, configuration, and testing activities.
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and customize IBM Maximo according to client specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans, manage defects, and drive resolution.
- Provide training to end users on new processes and system functionalities.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest IBM Maximo releases, features, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of solutioning, pre-sales, and proposal activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IBM Maximo implementations or similar EAM systems.
- In-depth knowledge of IBM Maximo modules such as Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Assets, Inventory, and Purchasing.
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo configuration and customization.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply business process knowledge to technical solutions.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building effective working relationships with clients and team members.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
- Certifications such as IBM Maximo Functional Implementation or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience with data migration and integration activities is a plus.
