We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant for our Data & Dynamics team to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch! You will use your deep and expert knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processes
A Day in the Life:
Expected salary range $70,000 to $90,000 plus 10% Variable earnings
We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant for our Data & Dynamics team to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch! You will use your deep and expert knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processes
A Day in the Life:
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Dynamics 365 CE users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Sales, Service, Marketing, and other modules
- Working with end-users to gather information, replicate issues, and test solutions.
- Work with clients to design and maintain custom entities, forms, workflows, and reports
- Analyze client business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement within the Dynamics 365 CE environment
- Lead small to medium-sized projects related to system upgrades, new module implementations, or process improvements within Dynamics 365 CE
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, with clear communication to all stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE as a Functional Consultant or similar role
- MB-230 - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate
- Strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
- Knowledge of basic X++ or SQL for troubleshooting
- Proven experience in a managed services or support environment, with a focus on client relationship management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dynamics 365 integrations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Designations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and Prosci
- Equivalent certification to MB-230 - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate
