- Support financial reporting and financial analysis within the Program and Portfolio Management team for IT projects
- Support project review boards, monthly cost review and other project portfolio meetings
- Produce various reports on project health status (financial, status reports, etc) to assist with KPI tracking
- Assist in ensuring rigor in various internal processes (project management, financial, other)
- Analyze and manipulate large amounts of data in order to propose improvement opportunities
- Provide ad-hoc support to management team on an as-needed basis
- Manage the requests for access and materials and contract renewals for consultants
- Support the procurement process for PMO and ensure proper follow up
- You are studying in accounting, finance, project management or business administration
- You have an excellent understanding of management and the contribution of support activities to business success (e.g. accounting and human resources)
- You are autonomous, organized and have strong analytical skills
- You have strong customer service skills
- You are fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- You have strong MS Excel knowledge and Office suite
- You have knowledge of SharePoint, SAP and Power BI (an asset)
- You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material
- You are proactive in identifying and validating consistencies and accuracy of financial information
- You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements
