X-Ray Operator

Agilus is recruiting for an X-Ray Operator in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry. in Ottawa, Ontario.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue their career as an X-Ray Operator. With general supervision, the X-Ray Operator carries out the broadest variety, or most complex tasks in a highly structured, repetitive environment. This role may be extremely flexible to work on most or all products and processes within the manufacturing operation, depending upon the need within the production schedule.

Duties

• Setup and operation of equipment with the responsibility of manufacturing high quality products according to specific drawings, procedures and process documentation, while maximizing line productivity
• Pays attention to process controls and process inputs as required to monitor product quality, including Statistical Process Control, process improvements and line optimization as they relate to the process
• Conducts product inspection according to specific procedures
• Load and unload feeders, cycle counting
• Other misc. duties as may be required
  
  

Must Have

• Minimum 3 years experience in a specialized skill involving complex automated equipment and/or processes
• Minimum High School Diploma
• 26-week college course in Electronics Assembly

• Strong communication skills
• The ability to resolve problems independently if required
  
  

Total Rewards

• $18.00 hourly
• Weekly Pay and 4% vacation paid weekly
• Overtime after 40 hours
