Job Description

AAA Canada is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports the sales team in managing prospecting activities, coordinating marketing campaigns, CRM management and administrative sales follow-up. He/she plays a key role in the synergy between the marketing and business development teams, ensuring that processes run smoothly and performance targets are met.

Responsibilities

Sales coordination

  • Assist business development managers in preparing sales proposals, quotations and customer presentations.
  • Manage sales tracking tools (CRM - Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Monitor opportunities, tenders and customer contracts.
  • Organize weekly sales follow-up meetings and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Contribute to updating sales forecasts and KPIs.

Marketing support

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (newsletters, advertisements, social network publications).
  • Coordinate content production (brochures, videos, visuals, product sheets) in collaboration with external or internal service providers.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and social network publishing.
  • Support the organization of events (trade shows, fairs, webinars) and ensure logistics.

Administration and reporting

  • Produce monthly activity reports for management.
  • Update customer databases and ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 an asset).
  • Comfortable with digital tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, social networks (LinkedIn in particular).
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written - French and English).
  • Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Oral and written bilingualism (French - English) is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the customer's site and technical documentation.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Aerospace sector.
