Senior HRIS Project Manager - Job Description:

Our post-secondary client is seeking a Senior HRIS Project Manager to lead and manage an HRIS upgrade and implementation. This project involves managing enterprise-level projects with integrations, focusing on upgrading the current HRIS platform within a Higher Education environment.


Senior HRIS Project Manager - Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HRIS upgrade and implementation projects
• Collaborate with Solution/Technical Architect and other stakeholders
• Ensure project management methodologies are followed
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
• Facilitate planning sessions and workshops with diverse groups
  
  
  

Senior HRIS Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:

• PMI PMP or Prince2 certification
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects with integrations
• Experience in a Higher Education environment
• Experience with HRIS solutions implementation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Teams
• Experience with Ellucian products
  
  
  

Senior HRIS Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with DLGL/VIP
• Experience with Organizational Change Management
• Experience working with a Privacy Office
• Familiarity with Agile methodology

Senior HRIS Project Manager – Assignment Length:

The term of the engagement is expected to be one year in duration, with the option to extend the term for an additional two years.
