Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced assembly environment. The ideal candidate is someone who works well within a team but is also capable of independently managing daily tasks. This role requires a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards while following ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and documented work instructions. A customer-first mindset is critical, and candidates with experience in quality-driven environments will be given special consideration.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Assemble electronic products, ensuring compliance with detailed work instructions.
  • Follow ESD procedures to protect sensitive electronic components.
  • Perform in-line quality checks and immediately highlight production issues to the Team Lead.
  • Troubleshoot minor assembly problems and escalate more complex issues as needed.
  • Work with assembly tools and fixtures to build and test devices efficiently.
  • Suggest and implement small process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Follow lean manufacturing principles to maintain an optimized workflow.
  • Accurately enter assembly and quality data into the ERP system (NetSuite).
  • Package and label finished goods per shipping requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Use appropriate PPE (safety glasses, gloves, etc.) as required for specific tasks.


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience assembling electronic devices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in electronic assembly.
  • Ability to read and carefully follow instructions with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to move quickly and safely.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Sense of urgency and reliability in meeting production goals.


Additional Assets:

  • Relevant experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Diploma or high school certificate preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with G-Suite and ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
