We are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will oversee the sale of aftermarket products, maintain strong vendor and customer relationships and contribute to the growth of O’Dell. You’ll will be responsible for identifying tailored and effective aftermarket HVAC solutions that meet customer needs and ensures exceptional customer satisfaction that aligned with our sales process.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with existing customer while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire aftermarket sales process, from ordering processing and quote generation to purchase orders, payment collecting, and delivery scheduling, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Support customers through returns, warranties, and service related inquires.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails.
  • Educating customers about product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Utilizing the ERP (NetSuite) to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with team members to coordinate sales activities, share market insights and achieve business goals through effective communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You Bring

  • A post-secondary education (degree or diploma).
  • A minimum of three-four (3-4) years' experience in progressive HVAC industry sales.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and sales software; experience with NetSuite is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service expertise with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to be nimble and adaptable within a changing and fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • A valid G class license with reliable transportation to travel to customer locations and business events as required.
