Finning Canada is hiring both Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanics and Helpers for their Kamloops, BC operation. These full-time union roles support maintenance and service of Caterpillar equipment on a 7x7 shift schedule. Candidates will benefit from a high hourly wage, strong training, and a wide range of wellness perks.

- OT and shift premiums available
- For Helper: High school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills
- For Mechanic: Red Seal certification (or equivalent), valid driver's abstract, experience with hydraulics and diagnostics
- Willingness to wear a respirator and join union membership
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and shop duties
- Forklift certification (Helper role)
- Experience with CAT diagnostic systems
- Transmission, gas engine, or hydraulic testing experience
- Prior work with mining or forestry equipment
